Managed Services Package in VPS Servers
The Managed Services package is available for every VPS server that we offer and if you want to take advantage of this additional service, you can add it with a few clicks when you sign up or at a later point in time via your VPS billing area. The upgrade can be renewed every month, so you can choose if you'll use it on a regular basis or just from time to time in case you require it. It offers a number of things which will make the administration of your server easier - a weekly backup of the whole VPS irrespective of how much space you have used, regular supervising of the running processes and rebooting when required, weekly Operating System updates for much better protection and performance, and installation and troubleshooting of third-party software. This way you can make the most of the full capacity of a virtual web server without needing to worry about the technical part because we will help you with any issue which you may encounter.
Managed Services Package in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all Linux dedicated web hosting plans that we offer and if you would like to take full advantage of all services it includes, you could add it with a mouse click on the web server order page or whenever you need it from your billing CP. You may also choose if you'll employ this upgrade constantly since it could be renewed separately from the dedicated hosting server plan. If you have important information on the hosting server, we'll back it up regularly as 50 GB of disk space on an individual hosting server shall be at your disposal. Our administrators will also keep track of the machine constantly, install the most recent updates for its OS and reboot it each time this is needed. As the Managed Services upgrade features installation and troubleshooting too, they'll also help you with any third-party software and install it for you. This will enable you to use our hosting server even if you aren't very tech-savvy and you have not used a server of your own before.
